Bryan is trained in Ashtanga and Anusara yoga and has used that training to develop a style that is unique to him. His classes are focused on turning inward. He provides soothing music and a matching soothing verbal tone. Students are encouraged to stay present as Bryan offers minimal instruction so that one can enjoy the peace. Each class is different but each class offers a balance of physical exertion and deep stretch. Poses are held longer than in your average class so that you can increase stamina and lengthen your muscles. Bryan wants to empower his students to learn to listen to their own inner guru as no one understands your body better than you. He also encourages his students to ask questions after class so that they may deepen their understanding of the practice.
